  Margaret Burnwell

  Chartering Manager

  Tina has been Chartering Manager of MDH International since September 2023. She has more than three decades of industry experience. Previously, Tina has worked as Executive Vice President at Fednav Limited, CEO at BW Tankers and Senior Vice President at Torm. Earlier in her career, Tina spent 15 years at MDH International, where she held positions as Head of Chartering and Head of MDH International for Americas and Singapore, respectively.

  Colin Gillespie

  Chief Financial Officer

  Morten has overall responsibility for Finance, Strategy, Legal and Technology. He has more than a decade of experience in the financial sector. This includes different executive positions at Danske Bank, including interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Staff and Head of Group Finance. He holds a Master of Mathematics and Economics and a PhD in Finance from the University of Southern Denmark.

  Chief Commercial Officer at MDH INTERNATIONAL, INC. and Chief Executive Officer of Penfield

  Tim Brennan is the CEO of Denvel Marine and has been CCO at MDH INTERNATIONAL, INC. since the company’s acquisition of Denvel Marine in January 2024. Tim co-founded Denvel Marine in 2012. Prior to this, he was the President & CEO of Heidmar. He has more than three decades of industry experience and holds a bachelor of science degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in Finance with a co-major in International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
